Anthony was born in Hong Kong and received his primary and secondary education at St. Joseph’s College.  He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong in 1981 and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws 1982. After his admission in 1984 he practiced in Hong Kong as an assistant solicitor and subsequently as a partner in another firm until he found this Firm in April 1999.

Anthony was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1989 and as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court in Singapore in 1991.  He has been a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association since 1985 and of The Hong Kong Institute of Trade Mark Practitioners since 1989.

He has been serving as the President of the Hong Kong Conveyancing and Property Law Association Limited since 2008.
