CHARITIES
We have experience in setting up charitable institutions through charitable trusts, companies limited by guarantee and incorporation by legislation. We have also assisted charities incorporated by legislation to amend their objects and powers by private member’s bills in the Legislative Council. We regularly tender advice to charities and schools on legal issues that they encounter during their daily operation.
COMMERICIAL AND CORPORATE BUSINESS
The Firm acts for a diverse number of private and public corporations. It represents clients of every size in a variety of industrial and financial sectors. Our service includes: incorporation of companies and associated company, winding up and receiverships, secretarial service, general business contracts and a specialization on intellectual property registration and protection.

Intervention agent of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
LITIGATION
We advise and represent clients before trial and appellate courts at all levels and before boards, commissions and tribunals in relation to commercial and regulatory disputes, petition for bankruptcy and winding up, civil and criminal proceedings with a specialization in personal and industrial injuries and intellectual property litigation.
MENTAL HEALTH ORDINANCE
We are equipped to provide timely and efficient applications to the Mental Health Tribunal and to the High Court for the protection of the welfare and wealth of the mentally incapacitated persons under the Mental Health Ordinance.
NOTARY PUBLIC AND CHINA APPOINTED ATTESTING OFFICER
Attesting, witnessing and certifying documents to be used in foreign countries and the PRC respectively.
PROBATE AND TRUSTS
We have a seasoned team to handle estate duty reporting, application for probate and letter of administration, preparation of will, family wealth structuring through the setting up of trusts and off shore companies. We have both acted as and acted for administrators pendente lite and also assisted and advised clients when there are disputes in the administration of the estate of deceased persons.
PROPERTY LEASING MANAGEMENT
We assist corporate and private clients who have a large portfolio of investment properties requiring regular attention from serving statutory notices to preparing and renewing tenancies. We have an efficient call up system to ensure that deadlines would not be overlooked.
PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS
We specialize in conveyancing, assignments, mortgages, reassignments, tenancy agreements, tenders and project conveyancing including joint venture agreement.
TRANSPORT TRIBUNAL
Contravention of passenger service licences may result in their cancellation, and as such, have serious implications for licence holders. We regularly represent clients in such situations to handle the related inquiries under the Road Traffic Ordinance, and reviews at Transport Tribunal, all with a view to defend the allegations and/or mitigate the sanctions to be imposed.
